Office Ally–Keeping Our Website Secure And HIPAA Compliant–User Names & Passwords

We value all of our customers with Office Ally and we have grown over the years with more services and software offerings.   We strive to ensure that we fulfill all HIPAA compliant areas.  If you have read in the news lately, there have been some changes and additions made to the electronic side of the rules and requirements.

 

We made a change last week and some were caught off guard that stored user names and passwords were no longer available in the browser and this is due to patient privacy issues and was changed to be compliant in all areas of HIPAA, thus we were not making changes for the sake of changing or trying to make anything more difficult.

If you find the next time when you log on that the information has not been saved you now know why and hope you understand.
